If you are in need of a quick week night dinner that doesn't include chicken (yet again) then look no further than these babies! They are loaded with lean protein, healthy fats and flavor and can be served over gluten free pasta, zoodles or any steamed veggie of your choosing! Give them a try!
1 lb. of ground turkey
2 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of crushed and dried rosemary
1 tsp of pink Himalayn salt
2 tbsp of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
In a medium sized bowl, add in the ground turkey followed by the olive oil and the seasoning on top. Then, using your hands, mix in the seasonings well into the ground turkey and then roll the turkey mixture into about 12 one inch balls. Stick them one inch apart on a pyrex dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake them at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Eat them immediately or freeze them for later. Enjoy!
