
Banana and chocolate for breakfast? Who wouldn't say yes to that?! Now, these muffins have become a family favorite in our household for good reason! Not only do they make all of our taste buds exceedingly happy but they also energize us as well! They make for the perfect breakfast or afternoon pick me up and they can be made in double batches and can be also frozen as well! Give them a go!
Ingredients:
2 large ripe bananas
1 cup or Lilly's dark chocolate chips
2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup of pure maple syrup
2 tbsp of avocado oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
Ingredients:
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, in a medium bowl, mash your bananas and then add in the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Then, line your muffin tins with paper muffin liners and then evenly assemble your batch amongst your muffin tin. Lastly, bake your muffins at 350 degrees for 35 minutes on the bottom rack of your oven and then allow them to cool. Then, ENJOY!
Note: This recipe makes 12 muffins.
