Bruschetta Chicken Skewers

Grilling season is officially here and this year I am excited to introduce to you my no-fuss bruschetta chicken skewers that are sure to be a delightful addition to your dinner menu this spring! Grill your chicken up and then get to assembling these simple yet aesthetically pleasing skewers in no time! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb of organic chicken tenderloins
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of avocado oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of salt
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
2 ounces of organic basil leaves
12 wooden skewers
Directions:
In a medium size bowl, whisk together your balsamic vinegar, avocado oil, garlic powder, cumin and salt. Then proceed to coat and marinate your chicken tenderloins overnight or for a minimum of four hours. Next, light up that grill and get to grilling up and dicing your chicken! Lastly, grab your wooden skewers and assemble them in the following order: chicken, basil, tomato, mozzarella and repeat! Serve your skewers on your favorite platter and eat up!
