Pomegranate & Pumpkin Seed Bark

Festive red and green treats make for a fun indulgence around the holidays! As a bonus, this recipe is loaded with zinc, healthy fats and antioxidants so not only is it delicious, but it is equally nutritious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 8x8 aluminum tin
-1 cup organic coconut oil
-2 7 oz. bags of Lillys white chocolate chips
-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
-2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
Directions:
In a small pot, add in your white chocolate chips. coconut oil and vanilla extract and turn on to medium/ low heat. Stir continuously until you reach a liquid consistency. Next, pour your mixture into your metal tin and then evenly distribute and coat the white chocolate with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. Place your tin in the fridge to harden for two hours and then break apart your bark, serve on your favorite, festive platter and enjoy!
