Turkey Breast With Cranberry Salsa

And then sometimes, cranberry dressing just gets a little old and it feels good to change things up! So this year, I decided to add a little pizazz to our cranberry dressing and spice it up a bit! This cranberry salsa takes next to no time to prepare and boyyy, does it revamp Thanksgiving dinner! Give it a try this holiday season! Enjoy!

  • 2 turkey breasts

  • 1 cup of organic cranberries

  • 1/2 cup of organic cranberry juice

  • 2 tbsp of organic maple syrup

  • 2 tsp of poultry seasoning

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1 tsp of paprika

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Grab a blender or a food processer and toss in all of the salsa ingredients in no particular order. Then, purée and pour over two turkey breasts and then bake them at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or add the salsa to a mason jar and save it for later as a delicious addition to your traditional baked turkey on Thanksgiving Day!
