Lemon Berry Popsicles


Is there anything better on a hot summer day than an icy, fruity popsicle? This frozen treat is the perfect way to cool down, curb that sweet tooth and of course vamp up on vitamin C and antioxidants. The kids of course love them too so it's a win win!



Ingredients:

  • 1 cups of fresh blueberries

  • 1 cups of fresh raspberries

  • 1/2 cup of fresh, squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup of honey

  • 1 tsp of liquid monk fruit

  • 2 cups of water


Directions:

In a blender or food processor, add in the berries, honey and lemon juice leaving the water for last. Then puree the ingredient and pour the mixture into silicone, popsicle molds and allow the to freeze for at least 8 hours or over night. Then...enjoy!
