Overnight Chia Seed Pudding



A breakfast that can be made before you even hit the sack? Yes please! This breakfast is loaded with protein, fiber, antioxidants and a whole lot of flavor! Make enough for the whole family or just for you! It's simple and time saving! Try it out!



Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of chia seeds

  • ⅔ cup of unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 tsp of raw honey

  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup of fresh berries

  • 1 tbsp of coconut shavings



Directions:


In a small glass or mason jar mix in the ingredients in no specific order and then let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning top your pudding with the berries of your choice and coconut shavings and then enjoy!
