Avocado Chocolate Mousse

This dessert can only be described as "chocolate heaven" in my book. It is loaded with healthy fats, potassium, antioxidants and free of refined sugar! This mousse is rich, creamy and decadent ! My kids are often asking for this "chocolate pudding" as they call it as it is one of their favorites as well! Try it out and you'll see why!


3 large to medium (or 4 small), ripe avocados

3 ripe bananas

2 tsp of organic ground cinnamon

4 tbsp of organic cacao powder

1 tsp of liquid monk fruit or stevia

1/3 cup of organic, unsweetened coconut milk


In a food processor or a blender, toss in the avocado, bananas and coconut milk and blend well. Then, slowly add in the cacao, cinnamon and monk fruit or stevia. Pour the mousse into a bowl and chill it in the fridge for one hour and then enjoy!
