Blueberry & Avocado Smoothie

This smoothie gives you everything you need for stable blood sugar, healthy digestion, balanced hormones and clarity! It is smooth and sweet and contains just the right amount of cinnamon to give it a little spice! It is perfect for on the go during those busy mornings when time is not your favor. I hope you will give it a try!


  • ½ of a medium to large, ripe avocado

  • ¾ cup of blueberries

  • 2 tsp of raw honey

  • 1 cup of organic, unsweetened coconut milk

  • ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of crushed ice


In a blender or food processor add in the crushed ice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, honey and milk followed by the avocado and blueberries and then blend well. Serve immediately or stick it in the fridge for later! Enjoy!
