Crispy Kale Chips

Sometimes it's just nice to literally "veg" out on the couch and snack. This green & mean vitamin packed snack offers you loads of antioxidants, fiber & lots of flavorful crunch! They are the perfect fit for both your health and your taste buds! They will leave you feeling amazing and your snack cravings satisfied! Give them a try!


  • 4 cups of kale (stalks removed)

  • 3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp of nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • ⅛ tsp of pink Himalayan salt


Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Then spread the kale leaves evenly among a large baking sheet (sprayed first with non-stick spray) and evenly drizzle with the olive oil followed by an even sprinkle of both the nutritional yeast and garlic powder. Then stick the seasoned kale leaves in the oven on the middle rack for 15 minutes or until crispy. A
