Cucumber & Dill Sandwiches



Summer may be nearing the end, but the days are still warm and calling for light and refreshing snacks like these delectable cucumber and dill sandwiches! Assemble them in five minutes or less and have them ready to go to entertain or simply enjoy yourself on a sunny day!


Ingredients:


  • 4 oz of Violife vegan cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/4 tsp of dill weed 

  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder 

  • 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan 

  • 4 pieces of Canyon GF multigrain bread 

  • 1/2 large cucumber (sliced two ways)

  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onion 


Directions:


In a small bowl, mix together the vegan cream cheese, dill weed, garlic powder and salt. Then evenly coat two pieces of bread with your cream cheese mixture and top with cucumber and green onion and place the remaining two pieces of bread on top. Cut your sandwiches in halves of fourths and then enjoy!
