When festive meets casual a beautiful and fulling feta, mint & lamb burger is born! This burger offers the perfect hint of mint to compliment the season and to balance out the savory lamb and tangy feta. It really is to die for! Try it out for a simple weeknight, dinner or for Christmas dinner itself!
1 lb. of ground lamb
1/8 tsp of salt
1 tbsp. of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1/2 oz. of fresh, diced mint
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese (split two ways)
4 gluten free hamburger buns
organic sliced, heirloom tomatoes
In a medium bowl, combine the lamb, salt, EVOO, 1/2 feta cheese and mint. Then make the mixture into four individual patties and cook them thoroughly on the grill or stove top. Lastly assemble the burgers in the order of bun, patty, tomato, feta and then finished off with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. Merry Christmas and Enjoy!
