Homemade Hummus Paired With Fresh Veggies

Chickpeas at it's finest! This delicious hummus is the perfect addition to raw veggies or gluten free crackers! It is loaded with protein, fiber and spice and it makes for the perfect quick snack or lunch! Enjoy!


  • One 15 oz. can of chickpeas

  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

  • ⅛ tsp of paprika

  • ¼ tsp of cumin

  • ¼ tsp of curry

  • ½ tsp of garlic powder

  • ⅛ tsp or one pinch of pink Himalayan salt

  • Fresh cut veggies of choice


In a food processor, add in the chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil and spices and puree until creamy. Then, serve immediately at room temperature or chill it in the fridge for later.
