Buttery, lemony "noodles" with delicious shrimp and asparagus is the perfect and healthy "pasta" dish with an Italian twist that your whole family will love! 2 sticks of KG butter
8 diced garlic cloves
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
2 cups of fresh chopped asparagus
3 spaghetti squash (or 3 bags of green giant frozen)
3 cups or one 10 oz. bags of frozen shrimp (tail off)
Add the butter to a skillet or a wok and allow it to melt on medium/high heat. Then, add in the garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Allow the garlic to cook for five minutes and then add in the shrimp and sauté the shrimp till it's fully cooked. Then, add in the spaghetti squash and asparagus and stir well. Next, cover the "pasta" with a lid and allow it to cook on low for 15 minutes. Lastly top the dish with a little organic parmesan cheese (if desired) and then serve! ENJOY!
