Strawberry No Bake Energy Bars

Who needs a sugary, pre-packaged granola bar that spikes your blood sugar and then causes you to crash later? These no-bake bars are truly amazing! They are loaded with plant based protein, healthy fats, fiber, fruit and whole grains to give you lasting energy! Try them out!


  • 2 cups of quick oats

  • ½ cup of raw honey

  • ¾ cup of melted almond butter

  • ½ cup of chopped almonds

  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries

  • ¼ cup of flax seeds

  • ¼ cup of melted coconut oil

  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon


In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients together starting with the dry ingredients first and leaving the wet ingredients for last. Then, line an 8x8 Pyrex dish with parchment paper and

pour the mixture into the dish. Stick the dish in the refrigerator to harden for two hours. Lastly, remove the dish from the fridge and carefully pull up the edges of the parchment paper and remove the bars. Lay the bars on a baking sheet or a clean counter top and cut it evenly into 8 rectangular pieces. Wrap each bar individually in plastic or place each one in a zip lock bag and then enjoy one immediately or place the bars back in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!
