Strawberry & White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tangy strawberries and white chocolate make for the perfect marriage of flavors! All embodied in an almond flour cookie that offers you protein and fiber to keep you full, with these cookies, you really can't go wrong! Give them a go! I am confident you and your whole family will love them!


  • 2 1/3 Cup of almond flour

  • 1/3 cup of rice flour

  • 1/2 cup of lilies white chocolate chips

  • One cup of finely chopped organic strawberries

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil

  • 1/3 cup of agave

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt


Pre heat your oven to 325 degrees. Then, combine the ingredients in a medium bowl and then allow the batter to sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then, roll the batter into 1 1/2 inch balls and lightly pat them out. Lastly, bake them at 325 degrees for 25 minutes and allow them to cool and then ENJOY!
