Coffee and breakfast blended into one icy, on the go smoothie is my kind of start to a busy day! This icy, beverage is loaded with protein, healthy fats and a kick of caffeine to keep you going all morning long! Try it out!
8 oz. of brewed, chilled coffee
1 diced banana
1 tbsp. of peanut butter
1 tbsp. of pure maple syrup
½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
¼ tsp of monk fruit
1 cup of crushed ice
In a blender, toss in the ice followed by the coffee, peanut butter, maple syrup, yogurt and monk fruit followed by the diced banana and blend until it has reached a smoothie like texture. Then, drink it immediately or stick it in the fridge or freezer to chill for later. Enjoy!
