Veggies and pasta all in one? Yes please! These "zoodles" are the perfect addition to any meal but they are also amazing as a substitute for pasta. Try them paired with my turkey meatballs and you have a delicious wholesome dinner in just a few minutes! Enjoy!
4 large spiraled zucchinis
4 tbsp of real butter
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
6 minced garlic cloves (fresh and not from a jar)
½ cup of grated parmesan cheese to garnish(optional)
Add the butter to a large skillet and turn the heat of the stove top to medium. Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and saute for five minutes and then toss in the zucchini followed by the remaining spices. Allow the zucchini to cook down and saute for a remaining 1-2 minutes. Add parmesan cheese or another protein of choice on top if desired and then serve immediately. Enjoy!
