5 cups of Gala or Red Delicious diced apples
3 cups of quick oats
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup or 8 tbsp. of Kerrygold Butter
2 tsp of cinnamon
Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. Then, evenly layer the diced apples in the bottom of a medium sized Pyrex dish and set it aside. Then in a medium sized bowl, mix the ingredients for the oat crumble in no particular order and then evenly distribute the mixture on top of the diced apples. Then bake for 30 minutes and then allow it to cool for 15 minutes. Lastly, top it with vanilla coconut milk ice cream and then enjoy!
