Banana Walnut Bread

Don't you just love the smell of warm banana bread straight out of the oven? I know I do! With these chilly days we've been having I am all about the comfort food! This banana bread is loaded with lots of clean ingredients, protein, fiber and the perfect hint of sweet! Bake some up and try it with a little grass fed butter and you will be in heaven!




Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup of rice flour

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extra

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 tsp of monk fruit

  • 2 eggs

Directions:


In a blender or a food processor, blend all of the above ingredients together. Then, pour it into a greased loaf pan and then bake in at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
