Edible Cookie Dough



Who isn't guilty of eating a spoonful of raw cookie dough here and there? I know I am! But this year, I figured it was the year to jazz up my cookie dough to a healthier, safer option (sorry to break it to you, but raw eggs come with their own risks) that I could grab from the fridge and indulge in whenever I pleased. Needless to say, my edible cookie dough turned out and was a hit both with both me and my family! I hope you too, will try it out!


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups of almond flour 

  • 1/2 cup of stevia chocolate chips 

  • 1/3 cup of organic maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract 

  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil 


Directions:


Simply, combine the above ingredients a medium bowl and then allow it to chill in a mason jar overnight. Then enjoy it by the spoonful for a quick snack or healthy treat!
