Superfood Muesli

If you ask me, "breakfast of the champions" should really be whole food based and loaded with all the goods: protein, fiber and antioxidants! Those nutrients really do a great job keeping the body energized and feeling good! My Superfood Muesli is simple to make and it truly embodies all of the above so needless to say, it's on rotation here at our house! Give it a try!


  • 1 cup of quick organic oats 

  • 1/4 cup of blueberries and raspberries 

  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries 

  • 1 tbsp of cacao nibs 

  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds 

  • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon 

  • 1 tbsp of agave 

  • 1 cup of oat milk 


Toss, toss, toss! That's really as simple as this recipe is! Add in the oats and then in no particular order, toss in the other remaining ingredients and then finish off with your oat milk. Lastly, grab a spoon and enjoy!
