Blackberry & Honey Iced Green Tea

Sweet summertime is on it's way and with that comes warmer days and more time spent outside! Cool off with my refreshing, fruity and slimming blackberry and honey iced green tea while you soak up the sunshine! It is loaded with flavor and antioxidants and it is quick and easy to make! It is the perfect pick me up on a hot day! Give it a try!


Ingredients:


  • 8 cups of water

  • 8 bags of organic green tea

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of organic blackberries

  • 1/2 cup of blackberries to garnish

  • 1/2 cup of raw, organic honey


Directions:


In a medium pot, add in all of the above ingredients to a large pot and set it on the stove at medium to high heat. Then, once it has been brought to a boil turn the tea down to the lowest setting and allow it to steep for an additional ten minutes. Once that is done, pour the tea into a pitcher and place it in the fridge for four hours or until chilled. Serve it over ice with two to three raspberries and a mint leaf to garnish. Enjoy!
