Cranberry Orange Muffins



Vivacious, zesty orange muffins with a hint of spice and some sweet, tangy cranberries make for the perfect autumn breakfast or on the go or a pick me up snack! Whip up a batch up and enjoy them all week long and get ready to feel energized and satisfied and ready to take on your day! Enjoy!


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup of agave

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of orange juice

  • 1 cup of organic cranberries

  • 1/2 tsp of nutmeg

Directions:


Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, combine all of the above ingredients leaving the cranberries for last. Carefully fold in the cranberries and be sure to not squish them in the process. Then, evenly disperse the muffin mixture amongst your lined muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes. Then, allow them to cool and enjoy!
