Dark Chocolate Walnut Muffins



Chocolate without a doubt just makes the world a better place! So why not add it to snacks and breakfast when we can right? These filling, nutty muffins offer chocolaty flavor, fiber and protein all in one and can be enjoyed by the whole family! Check them out!


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of walnut flour

  • 2/3 cups of Lilly's chocolate chips

  • 3 eggs

  • 2/3 cup of agave

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of oat milk

Directions:


Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, in a medium bowl add in the walnut flour, the chocolate chips, eggs, agave and vanilla extract and then give it a thorough stir. Then, slowly add in the oat milk and stir. Lastly, line a 12 count muffin tin with non stick spray or liners and distribute the mixture and then distribute it evenly. Then, place it in the oven to back for 20 minutes and then allow them to cool. Eat immediately or stir them in the fridge or freezer for later. ENJOY!
