Digestion Boosting Shots

With the holidays almost here, I would say that now is as good a time as ever to give our digestive tract a little boost wouldn't you say? I mean really, it's no secret that even the most health conscious eaters typically let their guard down a little during the holiday season and enjoy richer food then they're used to. But who wants to walk around feeling bloated, irritable and weighed down right? Not me! Now, don't get me wrong. I still feel that indulging in moderation is extremely important and the holidays are no exception but how about we give our gut a little love throughout this festive season shall we? Check out my simple to make, digestion booster shots! Not only will you feel lighter on your feet but your flat tummy will thank you!
Ingredients:
2 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
2 tbsp of freshed squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp of ACV
1/2 tsp of stevia extract
1 cup of water
Directions:
In a tumbler (with a lid), add in the above ingredients as listed. Then, put the lid on and give it a good shake. Lastly, distribute the liquid evenly among shot glasses and enjoy one each morning upon waking and/or before a richer meal!
