Ingredients:

Dough:

-3/4 Bob Red Mills GF 1:1 flour

-3/4 cup of almond flour

-1/2 tsp or BRM baking powder

-1/2 tsp of cinnamon

-1/3 cup of agave

-1 egg

-2 tbsp avocado oil

Cinnamon sugar:

-1 tsp of ground cinnamon

-1 tbsp of coconut sugar

Icing:

-1/2 cup or 4 oz of Greek yogurt cream cheese (softened)

-2 tbsp of agave

Directions: Whip up your dough in a medium mixing bowl and then allow it to sit for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge or overnight in plastic wrap. Then once chilled, immediately roll it out (once the dough is no longer cool it can easily break apart) with a greased glass or rolling pin. Once the dough is rolled out into about an 8x6 inch rectangle, sprinkle it with the cinnamon sugar mixture and then roll it up and then slice. Bake your cinnamon rolls at 350 degrees for 15 min and then allow them to cool completely before topping them off with icing and then enjoy!
