Lemon & Dill Salmon

Do you get enough Omega 3's in your diet? It can be hard to do! Therefore, I recommend eating wild caught Alaskan salmon or a favorite fish of your choice (not farm raised preferably) twice a week to meet your quota. My Lemon & Dill Salmon is the perfect addition to any salad or on it's own paired with veggies for a quick and healthy dinner any night of the week! Check it out!

Ingredients:

  • 4 wild Alaskan salmon fillets

  • 1/2 stick or KG butter

  • 1/2 tsp of dill weed

  • 1/8 tsp of onion powder

  • 1/8 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • Organic Arugula

Directions:

Add the butter to a small bowl and melt it for 45 seconds. Then, add in the dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk it vigorously with a fork. Lastly, evenly coat each fillet and allow them to bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes. Serve the salmon over some organic arugula or pair it with a veggie of your choice. ENJOY!
