Mango & Coconut Energy Bites

When mango meets coconut, it truly is bliss! These energy bars are so perfect for a busy summer day when you are on the go and breakfast at home just isn't an option! These bars will give you the energy, fiber, protein and antioxidants that your body craves and your taste buds will love them too! Give them a try!


Ingredients:


-2 cups of organic quick oats 

-1/2 cup of agave 

-1 cup of melted almond butter 

-1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes 

-1 1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh mango 

-1/2 tsp of almond extract

-1 tsp of coconut extract 

-1/2 tsp of salt 


Directions:


Combine your ingredients in a medium bowl and then proceed to pat your mixture into a wax covered Pyrex dish and allow it to set for a minimum of two hours in the fridge or overnight, cut into bars and then enjoy!
