As much as I wish my kids were both pros at eating their fruits and veggies, I can honestly admit that most days it's a fight. My daughter especially has been an extremely picky eater since she was a baby and that has yet to change. Naturally, I along with I am sure lots of other mommies, struggle with worrying that my kiddos are getting all of the vitamins and minerals they need to grow and stay healthy. Since becoming a mama, I have been on a hunt for vitamins that are not only made with clean ingredients but that also are flavorful enough for my kids to take without a fuss. Through lots of purchases and trial and error I think I have finally narrowed down my top five children supplements. Let me break them down for you!

  1. Renzo's Yummy Tummy Probiotic has been amazing for my children because it keeps them regular and going #2 almost every day which is a huge blessing due to the fact that they both struggle with IBS and suffer with constipation quite often without these. Also, they help keep their immune system strong!

  2. Little Critter's Complete Multi Vitamin is loaded with all of the essential vitamins and minerals and they taste great (mommy of course has to try them too ;-).

  3. Zarabee's Saline Nasal Mist with Vitamin C I swear is the best allergy remedy on the market! It has helped my kids get through pollen season without all of the yucky symptoms. I try and have them use this daily just as a preventative measure. It also works for runny, stuffy noses for any virus that impacts the sinuses such as a cold or flu.

  4. Natural Factor's Vitamin C is amazing for giving your little one's immune system a boost especially during COVID! I have seen a huge drop in sickness amongst my kids since we started this supplement!

  5. Zahler's Junior Vitamin D is excellent especially in the winter months when the kids are either hanging out inside or bundled and covered up outside! Have you ever noticed your kids grow horns and seem a little crankier when it gets cold outside? Seasonal depression can totally affect children too! Not to mention, that there are claims that supplementing with Vitamin D is as affective as getting the flu shot due to it's immunity boosting affects! Crazy, huh?

Conveniently, I was able to find each of these on Amazon so if you are interested in trying out any of them there is no need to go to the store. They are just a click away and they can be delivered right to your door! I love knowing that by giving these to my kids each day, I am helping them grow strong and stay protected against viruses and vitamin deficiencies. Obviously, supplements will never replace a healthy diet but they can't hurt in my opinion (especially for picky little eaters)! Give them a try and comment down below how your kids like them! I am wishing all of us a happy and healthy school year with less trips to the doctor's office! Cheers mamas!
