Staying Fit Through The Holidays



I know, I know. The holidays are incredibly busy and probably the hardest time of the year to fit in time to exercise. But one thing that I have found throughout the years that has proven to be true for both myself and my clients is that consistency really is KEY to maintaining one's overall health. It's amazing what a difference a little movement can make for one's overall energy and and wellbeing both physically and mentally! These days, my routine includes some yoga and Pilates moves once a week and a once a week fit20 session with ( https://fit20usa.com/ ) at the fit20 Liberty Place location in downtown Fredericksburg each Thursday. I am still in awe how effective it has been to tone my entire body in such a short period of time! I love feeling stronger! Also, the science behind it is truly fascinating and I love learning about all the benefits this unique workout offers! I truly have never been more in love with a workout and I can honestly say that I am hooked for life. For those who don't know, my spine has been fused since I was twelve years old and I have struggled with back pain for as long as I can remember.
