Vegan Kale & Artichoke Dip


Football season is coming to an end but that doesn't mean the delicious snacks have to! With the Superbowl coming up this weekend, I thought what better time than now to share one of my favorite go-to game day snacks! Introducing my crowd-pleasing kale and artichoke dip that makes eating your veggies that much more fun! Give it a try!


Ingredients:


  • 1 14 oz can do artichoke hearts

  • 2 8 oz cartons of dairy free cream cheese (I use the brand Kite Hill)

  • 1 cup of frozen chopped kale

  • 1/2 cup of diced white onion

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder

  • 1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt

  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil

Ingredients:

Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, in a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, artichoke hearts, kale, onion, seasoning and avocado oil in no particular order. Then add to a small Pyrex dish and evenly pat it out. Place it in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and then serve with either your favorite brand of gluten free chips or diced bell peppers.
