Do you ever run out of dinner ideas? Do you ever get sick and tired of the same old, same old boring chicken dish that seems to always be on repeat at your house? Yup, me too! So, needless to say that is why I am always trying to come up with new ways to make chicken a bit more appealing and tasty and a little less ordinary. Introducing, my new Zesty Orange Chicken recipe not only super easy to make but that also is incredibly delicious and kid friendly! Switch up your meal circular this week and give it a try!
Ingredients:
1 cup of pulp free orange juice
1/3 cup of fresh orange zest (from about 3 large oranges)
2 tbsp of ACV
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup of raw honey
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of white rice flour
4 organic Chicken breasts
Directions: Pre-heat your oven for 400 degrees. Then, boil the above ingredients for 15 minutes and allow it to simmer and cook down to about 1/2 cup of glaze. Then, evenly coat the chicken breasts and bake them for 30 minutes. Then...ENJOY!
